How to create an awesome cardboard circuit-board artwork with Arduino 3D printer
Posted November 14, 2018 10:33:00The best thing about building your own custom circuit board for your Arduino?
You can print it out.
But if you’re building an Arduino board, that’s even better.
You can do that with this cardboard circuitboard artwork tutorial from Arduino 3d Printer Magazine.
The tutorial, which you can view in its entirety here, is a great way to get your hands dirty with building your first circuit board.
I love the way the instructions make the circuit boards look, with their simple diagrams and the text that makes the circuit board look like a puzzle piece.
It’s easy to follow and gives you a lot of creative freedom.
This circuit board is based on an old-school circuit board from the 1980s, and it’s still in great condition.
It only costs $20 and will make a fantastic DIY gift.
I’m going to make a circuit board out of the parts and use the components that I need to make it myself, but I’d love to see you make one out of a more modern design.
You could probably build it out of parts from an Arduino, or a Raspberry Pi, or something else with the Arduino software.
The circuit board will look pretty good, too.
Check out the video below to see how to make this circuit board yourself, or you can download the printable PDF and use it to build your own.
